Films On the Go is a program of short films from the annual St. John’s International Women’s Film Festival that are on tour to venues across the province. An annual treat here at the Garrick Theatre each summer, we are proud to be showcasing this fantastic lineup by leading women directors as our closing screening.

We are hosting this night in an intimate and ghostly venue to highlight these films. Join us for a collection of local and international horror films. This guaranteed-memorable night features five, spooky short films: Abraham's Walk, Starvation, False Light, Lovely Mummers, New Woman. These films contain scary content that is not suitable for all audiences.

We are launching the festival with a great selection of eight short films, including local and international works: Growing Alice, Her Water Drum, Some Saturdays, Tutorial, Waiting Outside…, The Importance of Dreaming, Stolen and Mnemosyne.
